First of all, I love Bagallini bags.I purchased the small wallet bag 13 years ago. I have luggage and also a large wallet bag. When I purchased the City Bag, I had it two week before I used it b/c I wasn't sure I would keep it. The good---it is constructed beautifully, like all Baggalini bags. I love all the compartments, as I like organization and the pockets make things very nice. I like the size--not too big; not too small. The problem, when you put more than a few things in the bag, you cannot close the flap. The flap doesn't fit well when the other compartments are even half full. On my LG wallet bag, I use the front compartment for my credit card holder. That holder will not fit in the front pocket on the City Bag. The strap configuration is weird. There are two straps that merge into one and it makes it difficult to get into the compartment under the flap as well as the back compartment.I would have preferred a slider on the strap instead of a buckle b/c I like to lengthen my strap and wear across my body. The buckle isn't as easy to adjust as the slider, like on the wallet bags. The strap is also stiff and I hope will soften with use. I will make myself use the the bag and hope I get used to it.I have had to reorganize it three times to see just how well it will work for me. It's a nice bag but could use some "tweaking." I give it a three plus---a little more than average. Construction is great!!! Look is wonderful. Just need some tweaks.

Great looking bag, but a little tight

This is a great looking bag with lots of pockets of all sizes, you will be lost in them! The handle is adjustable, it is long enough to go over the head, which is how I like to wear my bags. The bag has two separate sections, one on a top and one is hidden under the flap, with many many pockets in each of them and also cellphone pocket and two more pockets on the outside. The only problem with this bag is that if you fill all the pockets, you will not be able to close the bag. Even putting the valet and the eyeglasses case together is a challenge. And in the inner section if you fill the make-up pocket with things (and I don't have that much), nothing else is really going to fit in there. It is disappointing because the bag is planned to hold a lot (what else make all these pockets for), but in reality it doesn't. So I am giving 5 for the look and 1 for usability, which makes an average 3. But I still will keep the bag.

It is my first organizer purse and I am hooked. I wish they would also offer it in black.

I liked all the pockets and the way the purse looks. I found the purse stiff, so hoping it loosens up.

I bought this purse to be more organized, and it really helps! I have a place for everything even my paperwork and coupons. No more searching.
